Publicidade
I absolutly loved this book and could not put it down, Its a true Story written by Terry Smith on his life of crime and how he become on become of of britians most notorious robbers. This book takes you through Terry's life in prison, the highs the lows, and how he earnt a lot of money.
Terry also tells you how he escaped after being sentence to a long prison sentance how he fell in love and couldn't bear to be away from his family. Terry also describes how he was betrayed by his friend and again sentenced to life in prison for this time a crime he did not commit.
This man was passed from jail to jail and went to some great lengths to get out of some of them even down to being beaten by the screws declaring his self mentally ill and being seconded to isolation.
It also describes how he helped one prison get extra rights for prisoners. In the book Terry describes how one of the high's in prison was to take drugs to escape from the banging of cell doors and day today routine, he describes how he thought he was a gladiator after taking a trip whilst playing 5 a side football. How he knocked down his friend who was unconsious and when he came round asked ' did u get the number of that bus that just ran me down. This book has its funny side and is also very moving.
It shows a man who's life revolves around crime try to sort things out and go straight but due to jelousy gets dragged back down just because there's money to be made
This is a must read book and i give it 5 stars for its originallity and humor
