In Tannet City, the night lights come on by 3:00 p.m. and everyone are in their homes by 3:30 p.m..
"Hi, Mrs.Lucas", spoke Jordan, the 9 year old chid. Mrs. Lucasnod her head as if she said hello back. Nadine steps out the store to ask Mrs. Lucas " Have you visited our new neighbors"? Jordan, oh so cheerfully, say, "Do they have any children. It was a tradition togreet the new neighbors. These neighbors did not come to their door when everyone tried to greet. That night Mrs. Lucas went to the food market to buy groceries, but something was not right. The widow did not show up until 12:00 a.m., but she dod not go into her home instead she lays in the driveway with a knife in her back. Jordan seen someone come towards Mrs. Lucas driveway that night, but just thought it was Homeless Man George, but the man wore a gray hat just like the new neighbor. The next morning Jordan awaken to help Mrs. Lucas mow her grass, but that was not what he did.He ran home and Nadine, his mother to called the ambulance. As he turned around to hug his mother, he saw the new neighbor peeking out of his window.This was the murder on Etowah Street.
