Being In Balance
(Dr. Wayne W. Dyer)

Publicidade
Being in Balance is a self-help book which seeks to inspire the reader to match up one's thinking with one's naturalsource of energy. According to the author, all life comes from a Source which is a creative energy. This creative energy establishes itself throughout nature and the universe in perfect balance. People come out of this Balance because their thinking strays so far from perfection the perfection that exists in nature. While recognizing that humans have individual goals, the book advises you how to use positive thinking to tap into your source of creative energy, the energy that created you. For example, the book points out that if you want to acheive some great aspiration in your life, you'll never achieve it by thinking about how difficult or impossible it is. Instead, the book advises, think about how possible it is, believe it is going to happen, and you and the energy you now attract with your thoughts will work to make it happen. The inspirational book also uses this philosophy to advise the reader on several matters such as addiction, health, and love. It evengivesyou a methodto see your everyday world in a way that is inspiring.

Although very skeptical people will find severalproblemswith assumptions of the nature of the universeand spirituality, even the skeptic may be surprised at how many truths she or he finds and totally agrees with. Not every one will agreeenough tocontinue to read. However, you may find yourself saying, "I always kind of thought that, too, but I had forgotten about it." If you can agree that the world is, in part, subjective toeach viewer, then you will be able to use this book to become a more positive, energetic person. This book will be quite easy to use forpeople who already believe that there is a pervasive, benevolent spirit from which all life comes.

There are many inspiring quotes throughout the book from writers such as Ayn Rand, D.H. Lawrence, and Theodore Roosevelt. There are also quotes from Confuscious, The Christian Bilbe, The Koran, and The Upanishads.
