(just kidding) Seriously though, if you love the horror and disgust of Stephen King. Your gonna love Jack Scapporro's Worst Enemies. Right into the first chapter you are pulled into a tail of incest, and old evil.
The main topic of the book is basically an evil spirit kills young girls who are, lets just say naughty. The detective in the story is with you through the entire book even though each girl is a different story, and situation. Each tale of horror is better than the last. It will repulse you, offend you, and yet you won't be able to put it down. The story lines are all based on Taboo's, even though we all claim not to think about them or entertain them. You have to admit it's entertaining in a private setting. It is a book of letting go of your inhabitons. Letting yourself be drawn into that dark realm of forbidden sin, and cruel delight's.
The ghostly story line is entertaining for any supernatural fan. The evil spirit has his own personality and sense of humor. He has an ancient intelligence that just locks you in. The wisdom he has obtained be it though it's evil is phonemanal. You are captivated by the simplistic way the most complex of situation's are cast. This book is so many stories within a story. The plot twists are constant, and Jack Scaporro keeps you guessing. Each chapter takes you to a new climax then drop's into another climactic seen. Sex, Evil, Fate, and Taboo all wrapped into one novel. Enjoy.
