A Nameless Begger

I live in an ordinary small town in front of which flows a wide and beautiful river. Not many people live here, but they enjoy a simple and peacrful life. Seldom do people from other places come here. But one day comes a sort of silly begger,. Obviously having not been cut for a long time, his long hair is disorderly, and shades his face. Needless to say, he wear dirty and shabby clothes. He stays in the town since his arrival, and beg for food everyday. He may also picks up what others throws away. At night, he lie down wherever he wants. People don't like him, and keep off from him. Some children cast little stones to amuse him. But he never gets angry, and still smile to anyone he meets. If someone gives him someting to eat, he will nod and nod to thank him, then run to a personless place to eat it. A long time later, people find him harmless to the place, so they accept his existence. Hot summer comes. The large in the town is the best place to go since people can get cooler and swim there. The begger go there as well, but he just look, without jumpping in for bath. Later, heavy rain strike the town, and the water in the river rises quite high. Some children secretively swim in the river, unexpetant of the deep river, they become neverous, and cry for help. But their parents are working far away, and never hear the shout. Just at that moment, the begger jumps in the river, and tries tosave them. But he is limited in strength, when he rescued the last child, he has become so exhausted that he has no strength to come up. The children send for their parents to save him. But when they arrived, he has been drown, leaving his gilli smile. The people even has not see his face clearly, and on'y know his name. A few days later, a nameless tomb arises on the bank, it is always covered with flowers. The people here will remember him for ever.
