Life, The Universe And Everything
(Douglas Adams)

Publicidade
Life is dialectical while the mind is linear. It thinks only in the extremes while Life takes a sinusoidal path according to ones karma from the past lives. Hence this helplessness and frustration in life. To live a contented life, one should become a witness of ones karmas both good and bad, thus transcending the karmas eventually. One should remember that the universe is a mind construct and is a mirage. Once one starts witnessing the mind, emotions and feelings, a day comes when the cosmic dream ends and one stands as the omnipresent Self, separate from the body and mind. One becomes eternal and goes beyond the cycle of the transmigration of the soul. One becomes immortal, beyond birth and death, beyond time and space, beyond the three gunas or attributes.

The state of Omnipresence is beyond the mind and intellect and cannot be stated in words. Only a rare self-realized soul intuitively knows this. Remember that the individual dream lasts 2-3 hours while the cosmic dream lasts 60-70 years for us humans. Both are dreams and the earlier you understand it, the better.
