OUR WEAKNESS IS OUR STRENGTH
The above title may look funny. But that is true. If we can understand about our
strength and weakness, it would be very easy for us to deal any situation. First, we have
to think of our strength. That means, the job what we can do. Then we have to think about
our weakness. That means, the job which we can not do. We can feel that we can not do
that particular job. But it is not for ever. Anybody can do any job. It takes some time
to finish the job.
The job which we can not do today, could be done by tomorrow. There is no doubt about it.
we have to work hard for that to gain proper knowledge on the subject and even we will be
in the position to compare the job with others. It is possible. But, if we can not sapre our
time to learn about the job, never we can do. In the initial stage, we should not try
to do the job which we can not do. This is our strength. That is, to understand fully
what we can do and what we can not. Never doing a job which we can not do is our strength.
But we would have the urge to learn that and we would be doing the same job in future. It
is always important to have perfection whatever job we undertake. It takes a very long
time to gain a good name, but in no time we can spoil our name. We have to be very
careful in selecting the jobs. We must have a complete knowledge of the subject and then
only it would be easy for us to finish the job at the right time.
There is a proverb, saying, what we know is the quantity of our hands and what we do not know
is the quantity of the universe. It is absolutely correct. We will have more doubts in a
subject, only when we go deep into the subject. It is not possible for any one to be a
master of all subjects. We have to learn slowly but perfectly. Our approach to the subject
should be with dedication and involvement. In this way, we can learn many things. We must
create a habit of learning at least one new thing daily, even if it is a very simple one. This will
enable us to do the jobs perfectly and we can win appriciations from others.
