Harry Potter
(Books appeal to young people)

Publicidade
I agree with this statement. The books with Harry Potter are written in a very good way. They are telling us a story about a teenager with a normal problems and complexes. It doesn?t really matter that the main hero is a wizard. It is only the outer plot covering the deeper sense of the stories. The teenager without his parents, having a lot of problems, ideas, friends and enemies. He and his live is really what are all the books about.

Young people, especially teenagers, like Harry Potter series, because they are about themselves. Kids like the stories because of the plot, the spells, and whole the magic around the book. They usually do not see the hidden moral in the series. Adults like the books because thanks to them, they can see what problems their children do have recently.

In my opinion, the films are more about the magic, they don?t show all the psychological features of Harry Potter biography. I obviously know that it is a lot harder to show a persons feelings, and thoughts in a film than in a book. I think that The books can be ranked to the moral type of literature, but movies are rather fantastic, or maybe action films. I do not blame the film director/s for making a less moral, more action movie. I just don?t really like the action type of movies, so I rather reading books.

Although I hate reading anything except teen magazines I personally like The Harry Potter books and they appeals to me. I can see the deeper moral hidden in each part. I dislike the films, because I hate action movies.
