The Time Traveler's Wife

I recently had the fortune of reading a fantasticly out of the ordinary book. I had never heard of the author before (I am and always will be hopeless in researching details of authors' life, I know -it's a disgrace-).

Moving on to more important things than my total lack of enthusiasm or interest towards those who made me dream, fear, cry and helped me get away from the daily stress and monotony of one's life, I feel I have a duty of telling everyone I can out there about a book you don't want not to read.
It is a romantic story, and by romantic I don't mean boring (some still get confused) complicated and tangled.
Claire meets her future husband at the age of six, during one of his trips to the past when he is in fact thirty-six and lives with her in the future.
She does not know it yet but she will meet Henry in the present of both at the age of twenty, after years spent in the company of an older version of him. He will not recognize her because, although he has been time travelling before he has yet to visit Claire in her childhood years.
The description of the events, the feelings, the state of deep confusion and generally the ever so refreshing ability of transferring emotion that the author masters with are just wonderful.
And it is funny in a witty way, original, cheeky, great reading.
It is called "The time traveler's wife".
I have loved it and I cannot think of anything better than hearthly recommend this book to anyone who might enjoy a bit of fantasy in their life and express so my gratitude to the author, Audrey Niffenegger, for writing it.
If you read it you will understand why I am so passionate about it.
