The Client is the story of a young boy named Mark Sway who along with his younger brother witness a Lawyer commit suicide. The Lawyer Jerome Clifford is drunk and confesses that the mob is behind the murder of a senator. The Senator Boyde Boyett was killed by Jerome Clifford's current client Barry "the blade" Modano. He's a big figure in the Mafia family and already suspected of the murder. So he will anything to anyone to keep it quiet. Mark tries to pretend not to know anything but his's little brother goes into a traumatic coma over the suicide and the information. The DA Reverend Roy Foltrigg knows he isn't telling everything and wants a conviction but the boy refuses to talk knowing he be hunted down if he dose. So he hires a lawyer. Reggie Love is a recovering alcoholic she keeps him from having to talk but he gets put in jail for not talking for contempt of court. It doesn?t take long before everyone?s after Mark. Love is fighting to make sure the Boy and his family are safe. The book is full of suspense and you never know what to expect. The plot twist and suspense will make your blood run cold.
