How to prepare delicious Iddali of South India - Raw Rice of unboiled paddy-250gms Black Gram-250gms Rice of boiled paddy-250 gms Cold water-1 cup Salt - to taste oil-1/4 cup CookedRice-1/2 cup Soak the rice and black gram in separate vessels for 8 hours.Squeeze them separately with cooked rice,salt and cold water.Pour out to a vessel and sour it for another 8 hours.Place the idle utensilon the stove .Smear the oil and Pour the prepared flour in it and cook it for6 minutes
