Here is an excellent way of reducing your WEIGHT. Every one knows that he/she has to maintain perfect health while doing certain exercises to keep the body fit. Now a days no one finds time to go to a gym centre or any health care centre to reduce the weight. Then this one would certainly help such a person who finds no time to do exercise to reduce the weight.
It is very important to keep the body fit by regular exercise. But in case you dont find time, try this:
Early in the morning, as soon as you wake up, after brushing, take a big glass of luke warm water added to it, one big spoonful of lemon juice and one big spoon of honey. After half an hour, you can take coffee or tea or whatever you like to be hot or cold. Before breakfast, drink atleast two glasses of water. After breakfast, give a break without taking water for atleast half an hour. Then start drinking water and till you take your lunch, drink atleast 6 glasses of water. After lunch, give again a break of half an hour. You start taking water again atleast of 6 glasses and even more if possible and if it doesn't trouble you in any of the ways. In the evening you can take snacks, tea or coffee or any light food of your choice. Eat raw onions more to fill your stomach and other salads too. Now it's your turn again to drink water again atleast of 3 to 4 glasses till you sleep.
This is called WaterTherapy. The body drains away unnecessary wastage and excess fat from the body in the form of urination. In the beginning of the therapy, one finds it difficult to go in search of waiting rooms but within 15 days, the body adjusts to the situation. While draining out excess fat, you will not be in search of waiting rooms. One can certainly find a weight reduction of atleast 2 to 3 kilos of weight in a month without exercise. Even a non-vegetarian can follow this without any trouble. Test yourself and try your luck of reducing your weight. This is one of the weight reduction thrapies of Ayurved Shastra.
