(dan brown)
A fast track story with all the right spices, it is juicy, it is all that you want from a book. The story starts with an intellectual character a symbolist named Robert Langdon .He has come to Paris to introduce his new book on the true heirs of Christ. The suspense begins in the story when Robert finds himself accused of the murder of a famous museum?s curator. A French girl; a cryptologist (Sophie) helps him uncover the truth. The story goes into lurid details of the Christ?s relations with Maggie the so claimed prostitute. As story build up Langdon finds himself cracking secret codes from the DaVinci?s painting of the Mona Lisa to the famous last supper. The writer can be congratulated for his research and carrying three simultaneous stories one of a cruel murder, the second of a professor & cryptologist a mismatched couple trying to decipher illogical codes and the third where the police is chasing Robert convinced that he is the murderer from the only evidence of a blank call. To find the conclusion Robert and Sophie go to meet a crippled professor Teabing who has dedicated all his life in finding the Holy Grail .Together they follow the famous group which projects the blood heirs of Christ The son of priors. The circumstances created by the author are provocative as it shows disappointment with church?s way of taking over things after Christ?s death. The end is mesmerizing you just cannot put the book down when the three story connect to find the witty conclusion that it was Teabing behind each &every murder .the story is good read builds on the animal instinct of the human nature .it shows all the point of views the innocent?s confusion, the murder?s guilt and his repentance and the swine?s greed to know all. Thus all in all a good read.
